Where am I?
Welcome to Crossover Dance! We’re the biggest street dance studio in Sydney with an emphasis on community, culture and the crossing over of style ! If you’re interested in learning dance for fun, to improve your skills, and to enjoy dance then you’re in the right place!
Can I join your class?
Sure! We offer more than 70 classes a week over different styles. First things first, check out our timetable here : Our timetable or via the App Crossover Dance Studio, and see which styles you like and which suits your schedule. We offer classe for absolute beginners to advanced in over 15 different style of dance!
What level should I take?
Whatever you feel comfortable with! There no strict rules and each style has it’s own basics and foundations so you might be an expert in hip hop but a beginner in breaking. For people with no experience we recommend absolute beginner as a starting point, but feel free to join any class and see how you go!
What style should I do?
The one that you think looks the coolest! Check our Youtube channel which has videos of all our classes and instructors. Find the style that suits you!
How much does it cost?
If you’re unsure about joining we offer single classes for new students so you’re no locked into anything. Newcomers have a special trial passes you can get so make sure to check it out! You can find out more about our pricing.
Do I need to reserve or book?
We are primarily a drop in studio, so you’re free to come and join the class on the day. Some classes get quite popular and we do have a limit due to space reasons so you can also reserve your spot online through our website through our timetable or through our studio App. You can find it on the App or Play Store under Crossover Dance Studio. Check which class suits your schedule and come along!
What should I wear?
Anything light you can move around freely in and don’t mind getting sweaty. Of course if you dress cooler you’ll feel cooler too ! Some say it makes your dance even better ! No heels though.
