UPstaged Comeback plans to be announced this week!

UPstaged is our annual higher level theatre showcase, on hiatus since 2019 due to pesky world issues. But now that restrictions are lifting and things are getting better, it’s time to bring it back to the stage! Performance course auditions will be starting from the Easter weekend, so check out the timetable soon and join us for the first time since 2019 at UPstaged! I’m excited for a comeback

This long weekend we’re celebrating Easter with $18 classes! Not every class will be running as some instructors will be away, but check the timetable to see what’s up and come jump into an Easter class! Enjoy!

Girls Style Community Class w Imogen

Saturday 3rd 6:15pm

$15 Community Class

My girls style class is sexy, texture orientated and stamina based rather than intricacy focused, so be ready to sweat! But, don’t worry if it’s your first time dancing, because my class doesn’t have complex choreography and will be a supportive and fun environment!

Poe is back in town and will be holding a special breaking workshop easter weekend! Always an invaluable class full of knowledge, experience and skills, come down and join Poe for his workshop! Enjoy

We have a special kpop cover dance class class next week with Guest Instructor Sammy! Sammy danced with Lucy back in Korea as a backup dancer for Ailee, Big-bang , IU and Girlsday to name a few. She has over 10 years dance experience, and is interested in sharing and teaching everyone here in Sydney. Want to learn from someone with extensive experience in the industy? Come to her Black Mamba class tuesday at 5pm!

If there is enough interest she may also be open to making this the final Kpop Summit Performance course! Come down and let her know

My class is welcomed to anyone who wishes to improve on picking choreography while focusing on performance and musicality. My choreography would range from beginner to Intermediate

level incorporating a fusion of styles. My class is designed for students to grow as a dancer whilst creating positive energy and allowing students to express themselves however they wish to do so!

NEW CLASS | Daisuke – Hip Hop Int/Adv

Wednesday 3rd 8:30pm
Daisuke will be resuming his Int/Adv level Hip Hop Class on wednesdays at 8:30 starting from the 3/3! If you don’t know who Daisuke is, he’s an super well respected OG of the Sydney Hip Hop community and an amazing dancer and teacher! Wanna improve your dance? Come get good with Daisuke!

Kpop Summit Performance Cover Dance Courses

Tori is a Sydney OG, having danced for numerous events, shows and crews back in the day! After taking an extended international tour to train her dance and her style, she’s back and is looking to share her style in this week Community Class! With over 24 years of dance experience she’ll be teaching a choreography class inspired by the foundations and culture of hip hop, house and afro dance styles. A class packed full of grooves, banging music and high energy. The only goal is joy!
